Amsterdam Officials Lit Over Decision to Ban Foreigners from ‘Coffee Shops’
COMMENTARY | According to CNN, Dutch “coffee shops” known the world over for the liberal dispensing of far more cannabis than coffee are soon to be off limits to foreigners. Under new legislation, all coffee shops will be turned into private clubs, with both member caps and restrictions that members be Dutch citizens older than 18 years old.
